7 and 8 August 2026 | Musaeus College Auditorium, Colombo | about 30 songs over 120 minutes | about 150 seats for children, seniors and wounded service personnel
On 7 and 8 August 2026, Dilanjan Seneviratne produced Aadarei, Yohani's concert with a live orchestra, through Outright Play at the Musaeus College Auditorium in Colombo. The Sunday Times described it as her first full orchestral concert.
Each night began at 7pm and ran for about 120 minutes. Yohani performed around 30 of her songs in Sinhala, Hindi and English, rearranged for orchestra with strings and brass.
About 150 seats were set aside for children, senior citizens, and wounded service personnel and veterans. Yohani's partnership with Dilmah came with the concert.
The show took its name from Aadarei, the album Dilanjan helped shape as one of its producers. Yohani released it on 1 March 2025: eight tracks of love and nostalgia, launched with a private listening session at ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo. The official video for "Numba Inna Thana" followed on 31 March 2025.
Highlights include:

The album: eight tracks, produced with Pasan Liyanage, Methun SK, Shenal Maddumage and Dilanjan Seneviratne
The rollout: videos shot in Sri Lanka, the Maldives, India and Dubai, through 2025 and into 2026
The concert: a seated, full-length evening of Yohani's music in a concert hall setting
After the show: a performance of "Punchi Ruchiranani" from the concert was released on YouTube in September 2026
Ahead of the shows, a short film, It's been a journey, was released on Yohani's YouTube channel in June 2026. Aadarei was the central live project of Outright Play's year.
